Important information during your stay
Despite all our efforts, it is possible that something may require extra attention during your stay. We kindly ask you to report any comments or complaints to the reception immediately after arrival. This allows us to take prompt action and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Reporting malfunctions, defects and complaints
To provide the best possible service, we kindly ask you to report any malfunctions, (technical) defects and/or housekeeping complaints directly to our reception. You are welcome to visit the reception desk or contact us during opening hours on:
This enables us to take immediate action and assist you as quickly as possible.
Check-in
Check-in is possible from 16.00 onwards. You must be at least 18 years old to check in. It is possible to check in earlier if you book an early check-in. Ask the reception for the possibilities. For groups, a deposit of 100 euros per person may be requested.
Arrival
There are a number of points to look out for on arrival:
- Is your accommodation in good condition?
- Report any damages missing and defects within 2 hours after arrival at the reception.
Parking
Depending on your accommodation you can park a car at the accommodation. Please check the information at your booked accommodation. Other cars can be parked on the central parking lot.
Traffic rules
We kindly ask you to drive on the park at a walking pace (max. 10km/h). Please respect the signs. Children always have priority.
Garbage
Please dispose of your garbage separately in the containers on the site. T
Safety and nuisance
Open fire or the use of a fire basket is not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed when using an electric or gas barbecue. Place the barbecue at a sufficient distance from the camping equipment and provide sufficient water or a fire extinguisher next to the barbecue. Barbecuing on the wooden decking is not allowed
Internet
Not every accommodation has its own wifi connection. At the park we have an open wifi called ''Het Amsterdamse Bos''. EuroParcs het Amsterdamse Bos is located in a rural area, therefore it is possible that the wifi is not as fast as you are used to at home. We ask for your understanding.
Barrier
EuroParcs het Amsterdamse Bos has a barrier. Please wait to drive until the barrier is fully open. We work with a license plate recognition system. When you check in, you will be given a code to open the barrier. The barrier is closed between 23.00 and 07.00.
Electric car charging points
The park has 4 electric charging stations. These are spread across the park. Charging your electric car at your accommodation is not allowed.
Key
On arrival, you will receive 1 key to the accommodation as standard. You can borrow a second key for a deposit of 35 euros. If the key is lost, we will charge the cost of replacing the locks a 150 euros.
Post
We unfortunately cannot accept parcels larger than a shoebox. These will therefore be returned to the delivery driver.
Property locked
Almost all our homes have an extra lock. To lock the door, the door handle must first be raised.

At EuroParcs Het Amsterdamse Bos, we warmly welcome you for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, just a short distance from the vibrant city centre of Amsterdam. During reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park reception.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. You must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Would you like to check in earlier? This is possible if you have booked an early check-in. Please ask the reception about the available options.
For group bookings, a security deposit of €100 per person may be required.
We recommend checking your accommodation and inventory immediately upon arrival for completeness and any damage. If you notice any issues with the inventory, cleanliness or the accommodation itself, please report them to the reception within 2 hours of arrival.
If any damage or defects occur during your stay, please report them to the reception as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly and ensure your stay remains as pleasant as possible.

- Please make sure the dishes are clean and returned to their proper place.

- Remove the bed linen from the beds and place it in one of the pillowcases.

EuroParcs Het Amsterdamse Bos is bezig om de sleutel naar een groenere wereld te krijgen door duurzamer te ondernemen. Wij doen dit aan de hand van de normen van Green Key, hét internationale keurmerk voor duurzame bedrijven in de recreatie- en vrijetijdsbranche.
Hierbij kunnen we jouw hulp ook goed gebruiken! Je kunt ons helpen door de verlichting uit te zetten en de thermostaat op 16 graden te zetten bij afwezigheid, te letten op onnodig waterverbruik en het afval zoveel mogelijk te scheiden.
Al onze verhuurwoningen voldoen aan de greenkey normen. We hebben op het park ook woningen die niet in de verhuur zitten, deze worden niet beoordeeld.
Ons park heeft een Greenkey Goud certificaat.

- Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
- When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

The campsite has a small supermarket/parkshop where you can get all your daily groceries and fresh rolls in the morning. In the low season, these are available to order.

Upon arrival, if there is space available, you can park your motorhome/caravan or car in the general car park so that you can enjoy a day in Amsterdam, for example. You cannot enter the campsite yet, but you can do so after check-in time or when you return.

From 16:00 you can check in at the reception. To check in, we need proof of identity from the main booker. Are you arriving after reception closing time? Let us know at least one day before arrival via My EuroParcs. Reception will contact you on the day of arrival (before the end of the working day, see opening hours) to inform you of the possibilities. Please note that the reservation must be paid in full, otherwise it will not be possible to get the key ready.
Reception will then explain how you can check in, for example you will receive a code of the safe where you can take out your key or key card.

The holiday park has plenty of bicycles for hire at the reception. In and around Amsterdam there are kilometres of cycling paths to explore. The ideal way to explore the city, the Amsterdam forest and the surrounding area!

We offer various types of pitches. So please make sure you book the right camping pitch. For example, not all pitches are suitable for a camper van. Below we have an overview of what is and is not allowed:

Your car may not be parked near the camper van, but can be parked in the general car park. Double axles are not allowed on the campsite.

From the park you can take bus 199 to Schiphol, from Schiphol you can take the train to Amsterdam.
Is the park located in Amsterdam's environmental zone?
Is the park located in Amsterdam's environmental zone?
No, good news! EuroParcs Het Amsterdamse Bos is located outside of Amsterdam's environmental zone. So you can reach our park with any type of vehicle (diesel, petrol or camper) and park with us without problems. Only when you go by car towards the center of Amsterdam and cross the ring road (A10), you have to deal with the environmental zone.
